Is it okay with Paypal? A person whose country does not allow to receive money via Paypal may be able to use my account to receive payments. I will have to withdraw money for him.
Your paypal account will be limited if user from other country login to your account, you can help him by accepting his payment and then send him payments via other sources, but make sure he do not login to your account.Set up the notification for each transaction, this way your friend can keep track of his transactions via email account.
One more thing, If he opens an offshore US bank account, would paypal allow him to log in from his country?
Well, PayPal will keep limiting his account time to time if he opens a PayPal account from a country where paypal is not supported. So, its better not to use PayPal from a country where its not available. - Digital -
This will not work as well. Search for "remote desktop" related details on google, that way he can use your PC to login to your account.
Two parts to this, as I see it 1) Yes, you can accept payments for anything - as long as it is done in your name, there is no issue to receiving funds on behalf of someone else. > If the amount becomes large, or there are frequent chargebacks / disputes, your account may be at risk; you need to assess this. > Again, depending on the tax laws of your country, this may become subject to tax etc; consult your accountant or lawyer. 2) The second part is to do with whether he / she can access details in your account. With business accounts, paypal allows you to add limited users; you specify the privileges including whether they can only view transactions, or can initiate payments on your behalf. > You need to be make sure that the other person won't cheat you, especially if you are using the account for your own transactions as well https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/m...ntrycode=SG&cmd=_help-ext&serverInstance=9004
you shouldn't withdrawing via paypal. there are forum which help people to exchange another money processor or using money processor exchanger.
Great... I've never heard before about Limited user facility in Paypal Business. I think it is fare. For the limited use, would it be a problem, if the limited user logs from a country where receiving money is not allowed. I don't think so, because he is only an operator.
you can setup notification for him but granding someone access to ur paypal account can create problems for u, not just money theft issue but paypal can object. If he do not login and just sharing then who pp knows whose money u r getting.
You "MIGHT"? Paypal is an international website where you can access almost anywhere. I fly around all year long and I access my Paypal account almost anywhere anytime and it doesn't seems to have a problem, not at all, no limitation, no nothing. I go from Canada to US, from US to Bangkok, Paris, Singapore and Malaysia, and its absolutely super fine.
