Can I advertise through adword on my competitor Trademarked name?
For Example: ABCacademy.xxx is my competitor and "abc academy" is getting 1200,000 google monthly searches.
I owned XYZacademy.xxx, can I advertise on "abc academy" keyword? Hence abcacademy has trademarked their name.

The thing is I have seen the same in b2b marketplace they advertise on each other competitor keywords.

    Like: See also bottom advertisements.

    Search: "Tradekey.com" on google.com
    Search: "Alibaba.com" on google.com
    Search: "Made-in-China.com" on google.com

Why Cant I do the same?

Obviously If I ask the permission from my competitor he wont give permission after all he is my competitor. Okay tell me If I can start advertising on my competitor keyword so google with block my account or what?

I am afraid just because of the action I dont want my account to be blocked.

    Please advice.

Yes you can advertise with competitor trademark name but at that time you must increase your cpc high.so adwords trigger your ad too.

Using a trademark as a keyword is not a problem at all. There's little the trademark owner can do about it. They can however ask Google not to allow the trademark to appear in the ad, unless they give permission to individual advertisers to do so.

The problem with bidding on trademarked keywords and not being able to use them in your ad often results in poor Quality Scores. I think that's what the previous poster was alluding to.

You cannot use your competitor trademark in your ads Title & Description but you can use that trademark in your keywords. I think if that trademark is registered then your Adwords ads will not approved for view. Just tried once and see what happen??
