can i advertise in US with account opened in INDIA

    I opened an account with Adwords and it now have 2150 rs. I want to give admin access to my friend who is in US and he wants to advertise in US. Is this violation of Adwords TOS and can we advertise in US with this account.

    You can choose to have your ads shown in any part of the world that Google operates in.
    For specific types of products you may find that local laws place restrictions (e.g gambling, pharmacy products)

    Well its not a big issue...
    you can advertise anything anywhere online as theres nothing to catch you... so feel free 2 advertise anything..:)

    you can advertise anything in anywhere but if you want good result so you should target your specific which point by your business.
