Can I advertise cloaking url??

    I cloak my affiliate links with a url that I own, the url is similar to that of the publishers & I was wondering:

    Can I advertise my cloaking url(that forwards directly to my affiliate link)??

    I think I can but I want to make sure this is allowed.

    There`s no problem with that. I use my cloaked URL`s everywhere.
