Can I advertise a Free report in Freebies section?

    Is it legal to advertise a free report I made in the freebies section?
    Can I post a direct link to the report (not affiliate) or should people opt in for a PM? :confused:
    I am looking forward to build my own list of people interested in sports betting.

    I personally would like to posta link too, just wondered if its allowed.
    Those PM posts are because some one is advertising affiliate links.

    I agree with you. What I hate most after receive their PM is they only want me to join something under their referral id.
