Can I advertise a free online web service in the 'Freebies' Section?

    Me and some of my team just finished developing a usefu new web app and I'd like to post it here on the wonderful DP forums for feedback and a little publicity.

    It is 100% free and as of yet doesn't even have ads on it.

    I am wondering where to post it.

    If you want to advertise something free, it belongs in freebies. If you're asking specifically for reviews, it belongs in reviews.

    The other tools subforum is not the correct place for it.
