Can I add State bank of India Yuva card to my paypal account?

    I have heard that some people have successfully added their SBI yuva card in Paypal,I don't know whether it works or not,Have anybody tried it?.Please help me I want to buy an Hosting plan from hostgator.If any body have added their SBI credit card to paypal please guide me.Thank you.

    but it didn't work for me
