I have still not verified my PayPal and since right now I can't get a credit card myself, but I want to remove the sending limit of $150, using a VCC. I am asking, can I later, when I get my credit card add it, without being banned or something and withdraw to it later? Example: Today - I have unverified PayPal Tomorrow - I add VCC = PP gets verified 2 days later - I add my real credit card 3 days later - I remove the VCC 4 days later - I withdraw to the credit card ...or something like that. Please don't ask me why I can't my credit card right now, I just can't. Also, I am non-US citizen (Bulgarian).
There is an option "Withdraw funds to your card" in PayPal. But is it safe about adding a VCC and then Credit Card? I don't want to lose my current money for something small like virtual card.
You can do it, but what would the point be if you are doing as your example shows? Unless you plan on doing something in between today and the two days later, couldn't you just wait?
Thats correct. That was just an example. My doubt was could I use VCC and later Credit Card without having trouble, and I guess I can.
Yes, you can remove credit cards from Paypal. However it is best to add the new credit card and complete the Expander Use Program for that new card first and then remove the VCC. Always, have at least one credit card in the account and that it is verified.
Yes you can do whatever you want to do with your account. I too have account in Paypal which is verified with VCC but When I will get my credit Card I will definitely add that one and withdraw amount to that Credit Card
The option to "withdraw funds to your card" only exists for VERY few countries (about 30 I think, mostly in Asia) You will NEVER loose any money if your account gets limited because of something like a VCC if you used your real info. You will ALWAYS be able to unlimit it again if you can provide proper documents. So no problem if you add a "real" CC after you verified by VCC
