    You have one banned account
    Adsense say you may not open another
    We know you already have another adsense account

    If you add the same bank account to the new adsense account wouldn't it be logical that they'd have some sort of mechanism to check? I'd have thought it would be one of the simplest anti-fraud tests to implement.

    How is that not obvious to you?

    Go into your local village/town/city and go to one of the other banks and open a new bank account.
    If that isn't simple then that is something you should have thought of before you starting dicking around with the first account.

    You've fucked around with Adsense...they're cleverer than you and caught you, they don't want you as part of their program and any attempts at earning from them is never going to happen, you're just not bright enough.
