Hi. You can advertise your site, here but the with conditions. You should create a good signature (in your profile), that leads people back to the website you want to promote. After that, you should really try to contribute value to the forum by replying to posts, and make sure your reply is relevant and useful. I had a little trouble understanding your english, but if I understand it correctly your answer is yes. You can promote your site in the signature. of DP and some other forums. Each forums has their own rules. For instance, warrior forum you can't promote affiliate links. Like my man above me said, contribute to the forum and you will get valuable traffic.
