    Sorry to reopen this old thread, I like know whether this method of using HDFC VCC is working now?

    I like the method of itismine in the first page, I tried that and I found have to create a new account to the via VCC and I bit scared of opening multiple accounts with paypal everytime when I pay with VCC. Or I am doing anything wrong?

    No you cannot. A VCc is simply a small type of vrtual credit card that only lifts up the time period of your PP account

    you can add funds from vcc with this way :
    1. add your vcc with preloaded balance to your pp acc
    2. transfer fund to another acc with the vcc as source
    3. transfer back the funds...and use it.

    It depends on which country you are from but yes you can use vcc to add fund to your paypal. But its one time fund adding only using one vcc
