you can put Adsense ads near other ads but you have to make it look very different than the others

No. You are NOT allowed to have more than one pub-id on a single page.

You CAN share different pages of your site with your friend, but NEVER both on the same page.

Nop, I think it violates Google's policy since they ask you before signing up for adsense if you owed an AdSense account already.

    No !

You are allowed to put a script that replace the publisher ID when you refresh the page, but using multiple publishers ID in one pages is not allowed.

No only one adsense account is allowed to insert your adsense ads in one page

I believe all those answers are false.
Before it was true, you could only do it if you had adsense express authorization.
But now the policy has changed and you can put several adsense id as long as of course the total ads displayed is not more than 3 adsense blocks, 3 link units and 2 google search. (and I don't know how much youtube/referals blocks because I don't use them)

Now, if someone can prove me wrong by giving reference to the adsense policy I'd be surprised.

I question this statement. I keep myself pretty up to date on ToS and I don't recall ever seeing that change announced. I'll make a point of reading the ToS again, but in the mean time can you point us to the section in ToS which states this?

I can point you to a thread on this forum where a guy had his account disabled for this very violation, and it wasn't even his fault.

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=624298

It's a long thread so here's the short version.

What happened was, the OP employed the services of another DP member to do some work on his website. He gave this other person his FTP details to do this. This other person thought he'd be clever and replace some of the OP's pub-id's with his own. Unfortunately, he only replaced some of the id's on each page, which left two id's on some pages. This led to BOTH of the accounts being suspended.

I'm sorry I'm honestly too lazy on this one to look the adsense policy, but what about this thread?
    http://groups.google.com/group/adse...d/thread/fbfea071f2d3238/4dc9e9952242fc93?lnk

By an adsense representative: "As long as a website is in compliance with our program policies, and the owner has given you permission to display ads on their site, you're allowed to place your ad code along with the other publisher's ad code on the same page. "

So it means as early as august 2006 it was allowed. I remember when I started my own adsense sharing site in march 2006 it was still written in the adsense policy that to be able to have several adsense id on one page one should ask explicit permission form adsense before doing so.

But the change is very old now.

EDIT: actually in the thread I have given, someone stated that the TOS was still saying it wasn't allowed unless authorized by google, so I searched this phrase (easier to find) and found this page:
    https://www.google.com/adsense/static/en_US/LocalizedTerms2.html
Where in "2. -> AdSense for Content" it still says the sentence :
"You agree that while You may display more than one (1) Ad Unit on each Site Web page, You shall not display any Ad Unit on a page that contains Ads associated with another Google AdSense customer (e.g., Your Web hosting company), unless authorized to do so by Google."

But the adsense representative Adsensepro clearly said after the TOS issue has been raised:
    "Sorry for this confusion.

As long as a website is in compliance with our program policies, and
the owner has given you permission to display ads on their site, you're
allowed to place your ad code along with the other publisher's ad code
    on the same page."

For me it means that it is allowed, but the TOS says we still need to seek authorization from Google. It is confusing if you think about it, I would simply fire an email to support@adsense if I needed to know, but I'm not planning on sharing adsense revenue this way and will stick to alternating publisher ids. But in any case if someone could report here I would be interested to read an answer from a 2008 adsense representative.

    My mail:
    *******************************************
    Dear Sir,

I am an Adsense publisher. I learned from TOS that i can not show my ads with other publishers ads side by side in a site or page. But in adsense forum a post from "Adsense Pro" there was said that I can show my ads with another publishers ads in same page but i need permission from the website owner and from Google. But how can I get the permission from google? What should I do to get the permission. Please let me know is it possible and further details.

    Hi Jeehan,

This is permitted by our policies.

Please be aware that every AdSense publisher is responsible for the
content of any website on which their ad code is placed. If a website is
found in violation of our program policies, we'll notify any publisher(s)
whose ad code is on the website, and ask that they each remove their
    Google code from that site.

    Thanks for your cooperation.
