    Karbin is right, though it is always better to ask the adsense support in case you have any doubts.

    AdSense's TOS is available 24/7...


    You can add AdSense to any website that is primarily in an AdSense-supported language. If both languages are supported, don't even worry.

    Stuffing your Meta for AdSense reasons (targeting different keywords) can get you banned.
