I am from India and I want to add a cirrus-maestro debit card issued by state Bank of India. Is it possible to do so? Has anybody added a cirrus-maestro debit card to paypal? I am confused as the card doesnot have a card identification number on the back of it. Somebody guide me. Thanks
Sorry you cant use that card any where online ..I have the same card..you can only use it to withdraw from any state bank group atms and show in few merchant locations you cant use any indian debit cards to add card or verify paypal You can use a Virtual credit card ...mostly no bank gives a credit card for self employed..even if they give they ask for hell lot of documents which you cant provide ..so i better suggest VCC to verify and VMC card to withdraw if you want a VMC card let me know ..i am a reseller
Go to any HDFC Bank or ICICI Bank and apply for a credit card. It'll take some 20-25 days for getting it if u have proper documents for that. Because paypal only accept Credit Card for verification process (india).
