    Hello.
    adding a bank account will take you to the next step to verify your account.
    you need to check your bank for the paypal 2 deposits so you can verify it.
    anyway there is no withdrow process without getting verified first.

    If you are from the US, can you can verify with a bank account however if you are not in the US, you will most likely need to verify via Credit Card.

    You can still withdraw without verification but you will have a fix limit and after which you cannot withdraw or spend anymore until you are verified.

    Yes but with certain monthly limit. As you are from india you can add your bank account (check their list for support bank in india) and withdraw through it. If you want to withdraw big amount then you have to verify your account through credit card.

    That means I can withdraw $300 to my bank account without getting verified ? Is there any chance of getting limited while doing so,i mean did anyone face any problem withdrawing funds from unverified account ? I'm from India.

    why u want to take a chance,verify ur paypal first and then withdraw,verification will also increase ur sending limits.

    Actually, i don't have a Credit Card of my own,that's why i can't verify with a Credit Card, have to work with VCC.

    So verify with VCC and then withdraw,u can remove VCC later once u get ur own CC.
