    Yes.....surely, you do not need to have a verified paypal account to accept payments!

    One can easily accept as well as withdraw payments in their unverified paypal accounts, except that there is limitation to receiving cc funded payments and withdrawals.

    paypal...is the best way to accept and sending payments through online..you need not worry about verification

    yes u can accept even send but in the limits i think u can made 500$ transications after that verification is must.
