Can HOTMAIL accounts contain DASHES? -

    someone gave me an email address like this...

    my-name@hotmail.com

    are dashes allowed in HOTMAIL accounts?

    i thought only UNDERSCORES were allowed?

    like this...

    my_name@hotmail.com

    They were allowed. I don't know if they are still allowed, but I have a few contacts in MSN Messenger that have a dash in their usernames.
