    Not really, PR is based on links and Alexa based on traffic.

    There can be different usually high PR site will not have low alexa ranking due to those sites have high unique traffics.
    High PR is most concern compare to alexa ranking. Most of people concern more on high PR when buy a domain and will not look into alexa ranking while it might not that important .
    PR is base on how your site rank by Google with how quality and related with your site . Alexa is track base on traffic visitors in local and global.
