Can having a page of links be bad seo wise ?

    On my website, I have a page dedicated to relevant links. So are reciprocal some are not.

    Can this page be bad seo wise ?

    It depends on how many links you have on the site, too many might be viewed as a link farm.

    Too many reciprocal links can be bad, especially if they are not relevant to content of your site. I've heard that with a links page, it is best to keep it relatively short, with a few quality links (including descriptive text about those links) that relate closely to and supplement the content of your site.

    Nothing bad in it. Just a page of links means nothing.

    There are many sites with a specialised links page. As long as it is not a link farm, there isn't anything to be overtly worried about.

    As long as your page is not all links, then you should be fine.
