Can Googlebot find my site without any link add or promotion ?

    No they cannot find your site because they don't know you even have a site so you might want to leave links in other forums or whatever.

    I think yes it can be indexed I have a blog from blogger which I have not done anything but Google has crawled it because of contents but it takes time for them to get noticed

    if your site is a new one and if you would create sitemap and submit it to Google webmaster then Google will indexed your pages as well.

    Off course! Google will surely crawl your site. Might be it take some more time, but it'll. But you can avoid the bots manually if required, so it would not be possible for the bots to crawl your site in future.
