When you got check, and after that google ban you,but before cheque is cleared can google not pay for this cheque ?
Google could stop payment on a check, but I think it is really going to depend on the amount and why they banned you. If they banned you for fraud (clicking own ads, etc) then they could even sue you to recover all money they paid you. I think it would have to be a substantial amount of money for them to do this.
Asuming you haven't done anything fraud on against their TOS they can't sue you (and they shouldn't ban you as well). But I saw on Cheque that Citybank and Google signed this cheque which means that then legally have to pay this amount.
Well, they banned you for a reason, so they "think" they are within their rights. Anyone can stop payment on a check and the bank won't pay it. You may then have grounds for a civil suit - but if this isn't for a large sum of money, I'm sure they won't stop payment.
My account was disabled after almost 5 years on July 1st, the same day that my $1500 check hit my mail box for May. I deposited it the same day and I thought it had cleared... well 10 days later it bounced out of my account? You know, it is really funny how AdSense waited until the check arrived from May's earnings to disable my account and keep the $1500 from May and the $1500 from now June's earnings as well. Oh, and I got a bounced check fee too If there was a problem with my account, which I still can not get a response from them about by the way, they should have disabled it in the month of the problem. It seems to me that they milked another month of money out of their advertisers before they disabled it! I have been earning checks every month for almost 5 years from the same sites that have not changed much, and now they smack me in the face out of the blue and won't respond to my appeals. It just hurts...
