as long as it's legitimated HTML that browser can understand (also display right on screen), googlebot has no problem on that

yes it does without any problems
almost every webmaster compress his/her site's pages to get a better loading time because slower sites are penalized by search engines!

Minification is a good thing. It would not be the cause of your indexing issue. I had issues with the site loading posts in IE8. It may have been a temporary issue but you might want to monitor that. Are you maybe selling links?

In any case the best way to determine whether there is a problem is to use Google WebMasterTools. Check the Diagnostics page page reported errors.

Setup a Google Webmaster Tools account, add your site and verify it. After a couple of days you should check in on the Crawl Errors section to make sure that Google has no problems indexing your content. There is also a handy HTML suggestions section which will provide suggestions about things Google think could be improved.

Possibly, google has not updated it yet. Make sure about the above suggested solution and if the problem remains there you might need the help of google by reporting the matter to them.

Your minified html has nothing to do with your page not being indexed yet.

Best thing to do is to run those crawling error tester tools to see how SE bots would index your site..

it depends how the minimizer works. If it's just a white space remover, no problems.
