Consider the point they mentioned in the rejection mail. If its too the point and your site is really against the guide lines, then there is no point sending them email. Becuase then they are gonna really check your site manually. But if the site got fooled by the adsense script, then I think there are good chances that your site would be accepted again. Or you can try telling them, look not all my pages have disallowed content, I'll remove the adds from those pages.... try to fool them at your own risk.
Dont waste your time. Do modifications to match adsense tos and setup another website, put redirect from the old one.
