Can google actually track patent searches ?

    Hei. I just wanted to search some of my ideas if they were already patented or not and came up with that. Google tracks patent searches. Is it possible ? Can they do it ?
    Google is tracking everything anyway so why can't they track patent searches and get some good ideas that are not patented already ?
