    Hello,

My friend was in USA , he worked and lived there for several years. But he leaved the States( to a country PayPal doesn't allow receiving money ). Can he log in and make transactions , receive money for services ?

Can he use his account to receive money ?

If he tries, he will receive a mail from paypal stating `Your account is being accessed by a third party' Next they will ask to send address proof and lots more. There are maximum chances of the account getting blocked. I would not recommend doing it.

I think you can do one thing . If he is your good friend than you can login from USA and withdraw his money to your account and than you can pay him via western union . I think he must ask paypal team that can he transfer money from that country by loging in . If yes than he can transfer that money to you and you can pay him via western union.

I wont advise you to do so, because paypal can limit your account at anytime. So better you stay safe and do it yourself

If he lives in a non-paypal supported country then chances are high that your account will be limited if he logs in. Paypal uses some of the best anti-fraud software in the world and this will throw up red flags all over. It can be a pain in the ass to get an account out of "limited" status so it's really not worth the hassle.

If any one login to your account with a different ip, Paypal will limited your account.

Simply put, if he no longer lives in a country that is able to receive money, he will have to update his current living location to abide by the terms to continue use of his account. If he fails to notify PayPal about his change of location, he will most likely have his account limited due to his account being accessed from a completely different country, not because of logging in from a different IP address.
