Can Fresh Content alone bring Traffic on the Website?

Just want to know that If I do some efforts on Off Page and On Page and give 80% of my efforts to fresh content so Can It bring traffic to my website? Can I achieve higher rankings with this strategy?

 

fresh content can bring traffic but one should do Off Page activities like Directory submissions, article submissions, Social bookmarking etc, On Page and sharing your website links on major Social networking websites.

 

It will depend on how you have promoted your website, or if your just starting to backlink.

Though content is important for the site it alone cannot bring traffic to your site. Off page optimization is still necessary to bring traffic to your site.

 

Yes providing it iis relevant to your site, it makes you look as though you are an expert in the eyes of Google

But going viral can be much much harder then getting RANKINGS on first page

 

True only going viral can do that for you otherwise in normal situation it's not enough to get visitors... Most basic thing you get visitors when you rank and just by adding content you not gonna rank, you also need to promote them...

 

well as per my personal experiences .. i have seen site getting ranked after putting fresh research based realistic content .. though that site didnt had much backlinks but it came up on first page of google .. with highly competitive keywords so lets see what you have to say about this

Fresh content alone can bring traffic but by the time the crawler will come to your site, the content might not be fresh. If you have fresh content on your site then the SE need to be known of this and that can be done by link submissions of various means.

According to me both activities On page and off page activities are important with respect to fresh content because the user will only know about your content only if you spread it with the help of off page activities.

Content is good and if it is more valuable if it is so fresh as you said to fetch some good amount of visitors but nothing can depend on one activity.. So give try to some other tactics too for getting the desired output.

 

No Fresh content alone is not enhough to bring in traffic. your SEO implementation should be relevant to the content.

 

Fresh content is a major factor in bringing in traffic but its not the only factor. Link exchanging and promoting your site on search engines is also important but to a lesser extent. Fresh content is the most important.
