    You could create a very specific terms of service but really I don't think it's worth the trouble. You would indeed have to sue them to gain a nickel.

    You can try other means like disallowing links in signatures..maybe even do some conditional programming.

    Depending on what software you're using for your board, there are different ways of preventing spam.

    If you're stopping spammers from making money, then you are punishing them. Don't bother with legal stuff because most spammers come from different countries anyway.

    Most of the time if they just come to post a link I just delete the account. No point wasting data base space for those guys.

    i fix the spammer problem, went i made a post telling them that i would hack there computer if someone spam...
    also you can do the post approval method...
