Can ezinearticles ban you if you sell a site?

I heard that ezinearticles will ban you and close your account if you sell a website that is linked to in one of your articles with them.

I know this sounds crazy but I heard that it happened to one guy. Is this really true? Can I risk selling a site?

Interested to hear anyone else's experience.

    Thanks

Did you read their Terms Of Service?

I think that sounds kind of silly to be honest... if you are abusing their service by creating sites, using ezinearticles to get back links then flipping them.... I could see them banning you then.

I have never heard of anything like but it doesnt make any sense. When you submit an article to Ezine Articles you are not required to link to your own websites. You can link to any website that you feel is interesting and relevant to your article. So I would say, no, that is not true and there will be no danger of anything negative happening to your EA account if you sell a website.

I don't know if they will ban you, but they might demote you.

I submitted so many articles there and I became an expert. Then they said the quality of my articles hasn't been good so they dropped me back to a basic user .
