    take time to load, and the animation is slow, better put a loading bar..

    I would DEFINITELY suggest you replace the flash content with just a picture if the browser does not have flash or javascript enabled. It would be easy to just put an image up that looks like the end of the swf after the animation, with html links. In fact it will help with Google bots as well.
