Can domain be taken away from registrar

    Hi can the domain we registered be taken away by the registrar supposing the registrar likes it and decided not to renew the contract?

    No, registrars can not do such things. However, if you fail to renew the domain on time and do not renew the domain from grace periods then they can do anything with your domain. You can make the domain available in market, can put in the auction, or keep it with them.

    It is up to you to renew the domain not the register and no that can't just take your domain off you.
