Ok Im not big into Black Hat SEO -- but you know what -- if one of my competitors tried messing with me --- I'd launch an all out attack on them

I was wondering... about Do-Follow blogs....

For instance, one of my competitors has a do-follow blog

If you linked porn links, and hacker links, etc. to on their comments....... would search engines count that as bad outbound links?!

What if... I linked my own site to their blog.... would that count as a juicy backlink from them if they have a high pagerank?

Generally your comments are moderated before they are posted. So they could easily mark it as spam and it wouldnt get your link

They most definitely moderate their comments, especially if its a do-follow blog. I never let any bad links go through.

I still don't think the linking to them from a porn sit would hurt them, it just wouldn't give him the targeted visitors they're after

I mean.. what if someone snuck it in, disguised a bad link..... gave it a different anchor text..... etc. .... wouldnt that count as a bad out bound link to them???

l believe that all the links in the comments will be moderated, before going live.

Or you can exploit the WP vulnerability on wordpress and do some SQL injection to hide some Viagra links in the footer to get banned. Sorry I know it is evil. But I had this shit on my old wordpress blog which is now banned.

Don't do that, just fight out straight and fair. Revenge is no use, think of how you can further improve your SEO to defeat your competitor and not how to sabotage them.

Theoretically it would count as a bad outbound link, but unless they were a complete idiot they'd notice and moderate it.

You should look up "googlebowling" if you're really interested in this kind of stuff. Extremely blackhat.
