Can dearch engines see my link

    Hi, I did a link exchange with: http://www.footiemap.com/?co=england. However his link to me is in the java script menu which can't be seen by the search engines. He said if I search for the link in the box to the left and then go to view, source, my link will be there. However can the search engine find this page???

    Nice mashup site. I just checked the source, and yeah your link is there - well all the links in the link section are. I'm guessing he is including them behind blank images so they don't show. I would probably ask for a text link instead

    Shouldn't be a problem for the search engines to see your link. It may take a little longer but should be ok.

    if your link is displayed with a javascript code, your link will not be seen by search engines
