We want to hold a social media contest, but would need to ensure that the winner had not artificially upped the clicks on his url. Can industry professionals analyze the data from Stat Counter, Google Analytics etc. to positively determine fraudulent behaviour? How close to being 'sure' could they get? How much would a consultant of this type charge? How can they be contacted (tried to contact Google to ask this question, but ... ever tried to reach a live person there?!)
