Can crawl rate effect SERP in a bad way?

    This could make sure your newly added content is getting indexed faster. I rather doubt it has a direct influence on you SERPs

    Adjusting the crawl rate is just to let the se know that you have new content added in. I doubt it has anything to do with serp
