Hi, I am new to CPA (or other affiliate products) and heard a lots of advice that CPA could make you money (stable monthly income)? Could someone please advise whether it is true to use, Commission Junction, Maxbounty, Amazon affiliate to make money? Looking forward to your kind advice.

You can earn real money by driving quality traffic (under CPA networks terms) to their offers, what I mean with quality traffic is visitors from US, UK, CA or AU (as Komicwords said). But How to do so? If you're in any of these countries, you can place flyers in Universities (better if you do it on Computer Classroomss). You'll get high conversions.
If you are able to get people to sign up for the offers you advertise, you can certainly make a nice income with CPA.

NO. because people that made money from it was on facebook. Now nobody really fills them out. if you just stick the code on your website the only thing will change is your bounce rate will turn to 100%

cap is quite complicated unless if you are offering something really good which makes them click and fill out the survey/form but if work hard then there is definitely money from it
Personally, I hate doing cpa offers, and I have no idea why it does make money, because i know other people would hate doing an offer that has no end.. But hey, it does make money if you implement it right.
