Can clicks be worth ZERO?

    I think preventing PSA from appearing has been discussed numerous times already here at DP.

    If the click is $.00 it is almost for sure an invalid click of some sort. Maybe it is a returning visitor or clicks or ads multiple times, or it could me PSA.
