it depends on the websites current search engine position , a sudden jump might possibly penalise the site, it should be done slow and steadily.
if you are going to use one blog post on 200 or more blogs, i believe google will filter most of them. you will not make profit from 200 blogs. i think it's important to use 200 different blog posts on 200 blogs
they will be filtered if the same IP is used across the blog network. it might get you penalized including the blog network if all blog are link to each other.
Maybe they will all count as a single link if they are on one IP (if its the same post), but if they are on several IPs, perhaps they will count for several links.
I've no idea if SE's will penalize your site,however I think it's not worth buying blog posts from those blogs.
Depends on whether the posts are unique, whether the network has c-class Ips and the frequency of the posts ordered. I mean all of a sudden if you happen to get tons of backlinks despite having virtually next to nothing a couple of days back, that is bound to raise suspicion
Totally agree. Most of them also dont have backlinks and/or just expired domains with a temporary pagerank.
