    Hi Folks,
Once of my friend is having a website which is banned from Google because of invalid clicks. It is well ranked in Google, MSN and Yahoo Searchengines and also listed in DMOZ. The site have around 130 pages with all unique content in it. I am using adsense for few of my websites. He insist me to buy his website. I also interested in his website. But since it was banned from Adsense and if I buy and put the adsense code in it. Will Google ban my account also? Any idea about it.

It will be somewhat risky. You'd better contact Google at first.

I guess if you put adsense on Banned domain, you will get banned too because google can think that you were banned previously and reapplied with other details. You may want to contact google first as it is not worth taking the risk :)

Yes its a safe move to ask them about this first.. or you just get the contents only from him as its unique.

    better don't mess with that.
Placing your ads on a banned domain will most cetanly get you in trouble. Adsense don't like to get into details, if they see a connection to a previously banned account, they ban yours.

According to them they didnt say this domain is banned from adsense. Only the publisher who used that site is banned. Since this site comply with their terms and conditions you can use the site to put your adsense ads using your account.

It seems a risky job any day.. A better try would be to apply for a new account with the banned site. If they approve, then the shit is not in their database.. What d'ya say?

You can never use Adsense again on that domain....else everyone who gets banned in Adsense would transfer their sites to "friends" and continue using Adsense.

I don't see any problems with using that domain, and Google's answer seems clear enough. As long as the owner is different, you can, of course, use it.

It sounds like the person was banned not the site. If that's the case I do not see why you could not use this site. If that was the case anytime someone was banned their domains could never be used. If the site was banned for content then I see a problem but the person was banned for bad clicks.
