I saw a thread somewhere that suggested that some bloggers actually pay people to comment on their Websites. Could this possibly be true? Would you pay readers to leave comments on your blog and why would anyone do that?
Anyone can do anything with enough money. I don't think I would, and I guess it's because they just think money solves their problems. And one more thing : do you think the comments will be sincere if they were bought? I know that comments can be indexed by search engines. That means the commenters need to know what keywords to use to raise search rankings. And I know that in some places, there are people who are really paid to give comments to make people afriad.
There are tons of spammy services that offer just this, but definitely stay away. They usually don't even promise that the comments will get through without being blocked, and the ones that do will be extremely generic and probably even link to terrible sites. If you ever think you should do this, just take away your spam filter and let them come in. It's pretty much the same thing.
Thats quite astonishing. Especially when there is no guarantee that the comments won't be generic. There is actually nothing more annoying for a blogger than having to deal with several spam comments and I guess this kind of 'business' is partly to blame.
Yeah, it really is a problem. If you notice the urls of some of the spam comments you receive, you'll notice they sometimes point to strange websites, like small businesses. Sometimes these are honest businesspeople but not tech-savvy and some spam SEO "company" has conned them into buying their services. It's really a shame when they get banned from the google rankings.
Yes they can be bought, they are used for backlinking. You pay a company to leave would should be good comments in order to have your link left with the comment. But if you do this you need to make sure you use a company that offers great comments that are inline with the article they are commenting on. I receive ton of spam on my blog and I know this is what they are trying to do raise their ranking. If its a great comment I will allow it, if its spam it will be reported.
I don't think it's practical to do that. I don't see any reason why you would pay some bloggers just to comment on your blog. If you have a good blog with nice articles, I think you can attract many bloggers to leave comments on it without asking them or without paying them just to do it.
There are many doing the same and have a Lot of Buyers!! You CAn see many of them, even Featured Gigs for the same!! As a Blog owner is concerned, it can give a chance to a live participation on the website for the preceding visitors! ~ExP~
For starter blogger I think it's quite a nice strategy to pay people to do comment discussion in your blog. Although it wouldn't not be wise as you can just do PPC to get traffic and potential comment droppers.
Yes. Anything for cash. Try searching for Paid Comments or you can even offer this job out in this website and you'll be surprised
In the sites like microworkers.com you can pay users to comment in your blog. But I think there is no need for buying comments. If you wrote good article then comment will come in its natural way.
no need to buy blog comments, in your blog just remove the "nofollow" option where people can actually post a reply and leave a link to their site, it's more worthwhile people want to do it then, and reply to their comments also, say something that prompts people to WANT to reply back
Removing nofollow will also make it worthwhile for spammers to bombard your site with automated comments, so be sure to come up with a plan to handle this if you choose to do so. I have a do follow WP blog with the Akismet spam filter and it works pretty well for me.
You shouldn't have to pay people to comment on your blog. Make sure you get your blog ranking well in search engines and people will naturally want to comment on your high ranking pages and contribute to your topics. If you state that links are dofollow and spammy comments will be removed I think plenty of people will comment. Another thing you could do is check out "CommentLuv" and "KeywordLuv" plugins. Be careful though because they may attract automated bots due to their popularity. As long as you're willing to moderate the comments and delete the spam that could be a fast way to get some comments on your blog.
I also believe that it’s best if your own blog comments are not purchased. It sounds a bit different when a comment was wholeheartedly given and not when you are told to. A thin line lies between them.
We will came to know about some people who offers blog commenting services when search for it on Google
What a waste of money, if what you're writing isn't interesting enough for people to comment on organically then whats the point of paying people to do it!
