    Dear Brothers & Sisters,

    Sub:Can Bankers Cheque / Payorder (prepaid )get dishonoured.

    I am a Cardiac Patient, who had this unique misfortune with embarrassment of getting my lifetime image got immediately tarnished before my vendors on buying a ICICI Bank's Payorder for Rs One Lakh, which was dishonored.

    In addition to loss of image & running from pillar to post for more than a week, I had to loose Approx Rs 21,000. towards increased cost of operations, documentation, legal opinions, conveyance & loss of professional man hours.

    I would like to know from you all my brothers & sisters, if you were in my shoes,what you would do in such a situation, so that I can think & act accordingly.
