Besides Ezinearticles.com I think other article directories are just for backlinks, how do u think??????
There's so many article directories out there that I think you're right, a lot of them are just good for backlinks, the top directories like ezinearticles and goarticles can bring good traffic depending on the article and the keywords the article is targeting.
I disagree completely. Even though other directories have less traffic, I've found that traffic is much more targeted and more likely to convert.
Yes, although I have other means of traffic I still receive my fair share through articles. Think of it this way even if you write up an article and get 10-20 views thats more views than you would of had if you didnt write the review. I usually write around 10 articles per product to test the water.
If you use top 5 article directories it is sufficient. Rest is just wasting time i will advice you to try any article submitter software if you wan to submit to 100+ directories.
Agreed with Robert25. Just use the best, and that's it. Have a look here > http://www.vretoolbar.com/articles/directories.php
Check out Yaro Starak's paper on article marketing, along with Anik Singal's. It seems to work for them.
I use only 3 article directories, it is better to submit to 2 -5 article directories. check this http://onlinegamesbusiness.blogspot.com/2008/09/top-5-article-directories.html
articles do bring traffic ... i've found it's important to let your articles trickle out ... i.e. if you write 10 articles, release them over a couple of days rather than all at once ...
HI They can bring you some traffic but it won't be much, you will get more traffic from the sites and blogs that find your articles in the directories and then post them on their sites/blogs, that is why I submit my article to as many directories as i can... Tom
Do you guys submit the same article to different directories? or do you write new ones for each article site?
which 4 in addition to ezine? and how about duplicate content? is the idea to submitt to ezine first, wait for approval and then submitt/post the same stuff at other sites? or do they check if the content got duplicated? Thanks for answers.
