I'm not entirely sure if that's possible. It would make sense that you had to be born an American...but this is something that could be further researched.

Do you think this is a looppole that would allow Arnold a chance to run. He would be a strong candidate

And he would protect the second amendment.

As it stands, no, he can not become president as he was not born an American citizen. And the 28th amendment you referred to was proposed in 2005, and was to create a federal definition of marriage. Most likely in opposition to gay marriage. Senator Hatch was a co-sponser of the bill though.

First, Arnold would NOT protect the second amendment. He does not believe in your right to guns. "I'm for gun control" - Arnold.

Second, ALL of his policies mirror Ecofascism. Just look it up. The Nazis were the first government to create national wildlife reserves, and all that eco-protection jazz. Also for gun control. Etc. etc.

Third to back up the Nazi stuff, Arnold said "I really admire Hitler"

Also his father was a Nazi stormtrooper who voluntarily joined in 1938, when it was still illegal in Austria, and as wikipedia says "Gustav Schwarzenegger as a member of the Brown Shirts probably participated in making his hometown "Judenfrei", clear of the Jews"

Arnold also said he "loves" Nazi Kurt Waldheim (who was refused US entry to arnold's marriage because of his war crimes) who was on a SS "honor list" for participating in jewish massacres.

    Need more?

However, there is a chance that he becomes president. Bush senior, (son of *convicted* traitor Prescott Bush) said "I wouldn't bet against Arnold" on that very subject.

And you really can't. Orrin Hatch tried to pass an Arnold Amendment, and other events could also lead to a Arnold presidency. Such as a state of emergency after a nuke attack on D.C., etc. granted that's over-speculating. ;)

But the whole reason Arnold became governor of the largest state was also chance.

So far, Arnold has fulfilled all of his wishes except 1 (maybe a bit of soul-selling?). He became a world-champion bodybuilder, then became one of the top movie stars, then became governor of the largest state.... next... presidency.

Unless they passed an amendment allowing non-natural born citizens to run for President, they he cannot run for that office.

Good point. But of course some things that education whether taught or assumed tells us it is generally assumed. Such as "all men are created equal" which some still try to interpret as both men and women.

But than to go back and say John McCain was born in Panama. The technicallity was that he was born on a US Air Base.
