Can apply adsense program on both YAHOO and GOOGLE?

    Can i apply for both yahoo and google program at the same time? What is the procedure to apply for Yahoo program? Is both are same or not?

    ya YPN is only for US citizens, not from outside to US.

    You can apply for both for only US citizens or if your site is powered in the US and you have a partner in the US. The partnering is the way to go with adsense and YSM ads
