Can anyone use his PayPal account after migration to another country?

    I want to know, can anyone use his PayPal account after migration to another country? Suppose (A) is citizen of asian country. He created his PayPal account from his country (A). At a time he make decision that he will migrate any of european country. Then what he need have to do to use his PayPal account?
    Is he need to creat a new one? Or just he should use any other tricks to use the same PayPal account?

    When one migrates to another country for temporarily for permanently, he will have local bank account of that account. Hence relevant country's account is mandatory.

    You should contact paypal regarding this and explain your problem before accessing your account in the another country and you should send them a proof and they will change the address as per needed
