Can anyone transfer my money via Xoom ?

    I am having money in my Paypal...I am indian i am NOT able to transfer money my self.
    I am looking for some one maybe US,UK other countries people can transfer that money to me via Xoom..

    I can Pay $20 for the person who transfer money

    You can transfer funds from your paypal account to your indian bank account so why don't you withdraw funds from your paypal account :confused:
