Can anyone tell me why I'm not "established"

    I've been a member of this forum for over a decade, and have 8+ liked posts. I just want to host a design contest for a logo...does anyone have any ideas here?

    This looks like your first post since 2011. The CRON job that checks for account upgrades runs once an hour. It probably has not run since you opened your DP account today.
