    i know they are using a cms because i have seen many websites with same layout and same kinda picture gallery but couldnt figure out could you help me do so

    They are based in the same city as us. They are using a custom CMS.

    Both are using tables for their layout instead of CMS. My guess they are customized code.

    They 99% definately are, yeah. Not every website out there uses a turnkey solution CMS.

    Probably right about the coding - but it would be pretty easy to make this with phpbb and EZportal ... at least something very much like it. I know the forum is vB ;)
