    For the good of mankind - think about whether a flash intro adds to the viewers experience or just wastes time, bandwidth and my patience.
    Most intros are a turn off, think about why you want it.

    Plus, if you go that route good luck getting any organic visitors. Although recently flash can be crawled it's still inferior.

    try the BST section. im sure you'll find someone who will do it for a dollar or two :)

    ( a dollar or two was a joke but it could very well happen. a lot of people offer ridiculously cheap labor on here. )

    there is a soft called swish i think, you can generate flash files with that, fully automatic, and very easy to use.
