Can anyone tell me Where can I get free discussion forum Design or coding for forums?
do I need to buy it? or is it available for free ?

 

If you mean a forum script, there are many free ones out there.
Be sure to check phpBB and SMF.

 

I recommend you to use mybb for free and VBulliten for paid one. They are the best from my opinion as they offer lots of designs and themes with plugins etc..

If you're asking about themes there are many sites you can find on google for each specific software.

 

Try mybb, it's best and easy to handle.

 

I m not asking for software..
I m asking for complete coding .. I mean I just upload it through FTP and my sites starts running

 

Install mybb forum script and after that google "free mybb themes" and follow instructions to install new theme.

I would 100% get a paid one much better than the freebies riddled with other peoples ads and pop ups spamming everyone and you are not getting anything for all your hard work, it is worth paying $ so its yours in the second hand licences section.
