Can anyone tell me what solution is being used for...

    Hi, the site is uzood [dot] com

    I am trying to figure out if this is joomla or some other similar youtube like program. If anyone can detect, please let me know. I saw some javascript and php, but no other indication.

    It's indeed PHP with a lot of JavaScript. It uses PHP version 5.2.5 and the site is hosted on Fedora in Apache 2.2.8.

    After a second look: it sets a cookie named CLIPSHARE, see http://www.clip-share.com/, it's probably a Clipshare affiliate using their software.

    NB You can use the 'Live HTTP Headers' Firefox plugin to see all this quickly.
